Battle of the Sexes - Mon May 1st

The Banger Battle of the Sexes takes place at King's Lynn on Monday 1 May - the ultimate competition to find out which sex are the better drivers - male or female!

Last year saw the men take a convincing victory but this year a formidable line up for the ladies is looking to turn the tables.

This event only has a handful of team spots left and any driver who is looking to do it should book in asap with Kate on 0754 7099980. With the number of registered drivers we have there is no doubt this will be fully booked! Please note that the above number is the only one which you can use to book in for this event.

There are a couple of points for drivers to note

- This competition is only open to fully TSR registered Lady & National Banger Drivers / 1300 Stock Car Drivers

- There is no charge for ladies to race at this event

- All ladies who race at this event will receive 50 points towards Gold Roof Qualifying which makes this an important event to do for all those looking to get on the front four or five rows of the big race.

- When booking in drivers should book in a driver for the ladies team and a corresponding driver for the men's team

- Ladies cars need to be painted in the team colours of pink and cars for the men's teams need to be painted in their team colours (blue). Failure of either driver to appear in the correct colour will see both that driver together with the driver which was booked in for the opposing team unable to race.

- If any driver fails to appear the driver which was booked in for the opposing team will also be unable to race unless a replacement can be secured.

- The winning team will receive £200 for a charity to be nominated by the team and the runner up team will receive £100 for their nominated charity. Any driver who is racing in either team who has a cause or charity they would like to be considered for that team to race for should let Kate know on 0754 7099980.
