King’s Lynn Covid19 Measures

Important Covid19 announcement/ operation changes

Trackstar run safe, Covid19 secure events and would like to remind customers to review the latest Government travel advice which should be viewed here.

All patrons please read.

Stock Car Racing continues at the Adrian Flux Arena, as a Covid 19 Secure “Good to Go” business we are able to continue for now thankfully and fixtures are scheduled to go ahead as planned. BUT - we must not be complacent – as each meeting passes we need to be more Covid19 responsible, than ever before. Protect yourselves, protect others, protect racing being able to continue.

After each Government update we work in partnership with our local licencing authorities to understand what we need to do in addition to existing policy. We therefore, following the announcement this week, need to introduce further measures in the raceway.

-          Our curfew is now 10pm and as this is law, there will be no exceptions to this. The Stadium will close at 10pm at the latest.

-          By law, we are now required to display the QR code compatible with the NHS Track and Trace App. You will see this displayed around the Arena; please use this if you have the App.

This is in addition to the current Covid19 policies in place:

Events are advance ticket only, limited capacity.

Face coverings are mandatory at our events in all areas of the Stadium (unless exempt by Government guidance for age, health or disability). If exempt, please bring your Medical exemption card.

Social distancing must be maintained.

Wash/ sanitise hands regularly.

You must not stand in groups larger than 6.

Please follow the Stadium Signage and systems in place around the Arena.

Please help to do your bit and do the right things by being Covid 19 responsible.

We are anticipating regular visits from the local authorities.

Protect yourselves, protect others, protect racing being able to continue.

Stay safe, take care. We hope to see you trackside soon.

Thank you for your co-operation

King’s Lynn Covid19 Measures

Racing might seem like a return to more normality, but it shouldn’t feel totally normal - there’s extra policies in place around the Arena to help keep the Venue “Good To Go” in combatting Covid19. There’s no secret about it – without these rules and policies in place we simply cannot open. So please; help us to stay open and follow these around the Raceway. It's important as ever to ensure we all adhere to these policies, to keep ourselves and everyone else safe.

Events are advance ticket only, please bring your confirmation email with you, this doubles up as your e-ticket. This is the email you received from us after placing your order. If you haven’t received this, please contact us by 5pm on the Friday before an event. No ticket, no entry and there are no on the day sales.

Upon arrival, please wait in your car until the gates open and are instructed to make your way in to the Raceway. The gates open 2 hours before start time. Normally toilet facilities are open prior to the meeting, however, this isn’t possible for the foreseeable future, sorry.

The queue at the gate must be socially distanced please. We will check ticket holders off as quick as possible.

Face coverings are mandatory around the entire Arena, unless exempt by Government guidance for Age, Health or Disability. Please ensure this is worn when you leave your vehicle.

Please maintain Social Distancing at all times around the Arena.

Wash and sanitise hands regularly. Hand sanitising stations are provided, please use them.

In line with the new law - you must NOT stand in groups larger than 6 people.

Follow the one way systems in place.

The Grandstand is open as usual, however will be at a significantly reduced capacity. Seats are first come, first served. Pay on the day with the attendant as usual.

There is no pass out card system operating at the moment, if you wish to go back to your car, you must leave your name with the staff on the gate. There will be someone there all evening.

Regrettably, these is no pit access and spectators are restricted to the homestraight, Grandstand, turns one, three and four (Banger direction).

Sadly trophy presentations will need to be kept lowkey, there's no lap of honours on the Trackstar car, drivers will be asked to take a lap of honour, driving themselves around.

Toilets will periodically be closed for cleaning/ sanitising. We appreciate your patience whilst this is carried out.

Catering/ refreshment outlets are open, however are operating whilst following Covid19 measures.

When leaving the raceway, there will be two exits- the main exit as normal and an additional exit the other side of the Undercover Stand/ Race Control & VIP building.

BriSCA F1 Stock Car meetings only - Motorhomes are still welcome to stay in the main car park over night (The Field will be locked/ blocked) - no stadium facililtes will be open.

Your co-operation is very much appreciated please, failure to comply could result in you being asked to leave the stadium. Thank you; we look forward to seeing you on Saturday.

Events will be limited capacity, advance ticket only and will run whilst complying to the Government guidelines regarding Covid-19 and following the ORCi + Trackstar/ Adrian Flux Arena’s method statement/ risk assessments with imposed new procedures.
