Introduction

Coming up; a hugely popular and entertaining Bank Holiday session with Big Van Bangers, Micro Bangers and 1300 Stock Cars. Bank Holiday Monday 27 May, 1pm start time. A full contact day of action for all the family comes at the Adrian Flux Arena, King’s Lynn. Big wrecks in the Vans and Micros expected and fence clattering, high impact action from the Stock Cars.

The Spectator gates will open at 11am. The arena boasts great viewing all around (plenty of under-cover viewing too!), FREE on site and overflow parking, disabled viewing, licensed bars, ample food outlets and other great facilities. Please note that all bags will be searched on entry and coolboxes, glass and alcohol are not allowed to be bought into the venue.

There are currently 61 Micro Bangers, 19 Big Vans and 55 1300 Stock Cars booked in to race. 

If you are booked in and are no longer able to race please let us know asap. If you are not booked in and would like to race please book in asap by texting 07939 580652. Drivers turning up not booked in to race will not receive complimentary admissions which they may be entitled to

Drivers please note that the pits open at 10am and your early arrival will be appreciated. Drivers turning up in the last hour could well find themselves missing their first race. Please note you will not be able to save space in the pits and if you want to park with someone please make sure you turn up with them. Only race transporters will be allowed in the pits

 

Big Van Bangers

The Big Vans always provide the big thrilling entertainment with a number of wreckers thrown in to the mix. Expect lots of Vans to fall apart!

It will be action all the way in the Big Van Bangers

Almost certain to be in the thick of the action are Kieran Bowman (178) and Taylor Sowter (388), the two drivers are at the top of the Entertainers league and likely to be causing carnage. Karl (58) and Aaron Parry (518) will also be looking to get involved in amongst the action.

Van specialists Lee Ivatt (77), Chris Shipp (170) and Nick Houghton (293) will be challenging for top honours. Whilst starting from the back of the grid is the King’s Lynn points champion Lee White (830) will be among the pace-setters, but equally they won’t be afraid of dishing out some hits either.

Micro Bangers

From the Big Vans to the Small Cars – we have both ends of the scale racing Monday. They might be small but big on action, with a good entry set to feature many top drivers and a handful doubling up with the other class today.

Kieran Bowman (178) will be putting the hits about on Monday.

A good number of drivers who will be racing purely to have a good crash will make for an action packed afternoon, expect the likes of Jon Bailey (247), Jamie Blything (248) to be heavily involved.

Whilst Ben Mynott (352) and Dave Lewis (37) will feature well and could push Lee White (830) for top honours.

Micro Bangers are non stop action

Donny Mann (135) and his team-mates in Team Bilge – including Glenn Brooks (18) and Kieran Challis (666) will also be ones to watch.

Gladiator representation will come in the form of Oliver Marshall (318), Cal Curtis (669) who will surely mix things up. As will Team Blue & Black’s Aaron Colbert (121) and Jack Giddings (591).

  

 

 

1300 Stock Cars

The formula has their main race of the year  - the World Final – at the arena 3^rd August; this event is the penultimate event before the big race – a big grid of cars will be joining us - track time is all important!

After 6 meetings Callum Anderson (131) leads the National points chart – after a run of great form; but will the upgrade to blue halt his form? Likewise for Ben Englestone (769) who sits behind him 2^nd place; but also upgraded further back in the grid for this event.

Jacob  Bromley (303) took the formula by storm in the last 12 months and is one of the formula’s top drivers, he will be hoping to be back on form this time after a slight dip. Similarly, to Trackstar points champion and World of Shale title holder Dan Booth (216) on his day he is one of the best around King’s Lynn and will be eager to prove so.

Action packed racing guaranteed!

Jack Lower (142) has certainly been one of the quickest on the King’s Lynn shale and with a final win to his credit. Whilst Ricky Ivatt (55) travelled to Northampton last weekend and took the Midland Championship and will be aiming to replicate that form on Saturday.

European Champion Lee Pearce (23) joins the line up and will be a likely challenger, as will fellow superstar Jimmy Morris (167).

Dan Weavers (333) returned to racing last time out and was straight back amongst the action making full use of the bumper; keep an eye on him, Lauren Overy 9317) and Kevin Shinn (400) all of which aren’t of getting stuck in.

Funfair Rides

All the fun of the fair will be at King's Lynn on Monday. The good news for mum and dad is that the ride will be free for the kids to go on as often as they like! Joining us on Monday we have the Funhouse and Disney Toy Ride Set!.
