A lot of early interest has been made in this meeting, with a month to go over 70 drivers have indicated their intentions to race – with drivers from all across England coming to take part, along with drivers from Scotland and Mainland Europe. A third of the drivers have advised they will be bringing Mk 1/2 Granada’s; including a selection of hearses and limousines too.

Normal ORC Unlimited Banger rules apply, but this meeting is only open to Mk 1/2/3 Granadas and Volvos which are eligible for Unlimited Bangers. To reiterate the engines allowed in Unlimited Bangers: Engine swaps allowed, no power ups allowed. i.e. Mk1 Granada upto 3litre, Mk 2 Granada upto 2.8 (the 2.9 will also be allowed). Volvo 200 series upto 2.8, Volvo 700/900 series upto 2.9.
