Bookings for the Unlimited Banger War of the Worlds team event – which takes place at King’s Lynn on Saturday 2 July - open on Monday.
This is for teams of up to 6 cars and will be raising awareness for mental health charity CALM; drivers are encouraged to fundraise too and raise money as a team.
It is also the only time the Unlimited Bangers appear on the same bill as BriSCA F1 Stock Cars anywhere in 2022 and the first time we have done a meeting with these two formulas for over 10 years.
As the War of the Worlds is a team meeting for the crashers of the sport the prize, we are delighted to say that we will be paying the full £2000 as allowed by ORC rules for this meeting but uniquely all of the prize monies will go to the top entertaining teams and the teams which win the race points will receive trophies only.
Prize Money for this event will be as follows:
Most Entertaining Team - £900
Runner Up Entertaining Team - £600
Third Place Entertaining Team - £300
There will also be two individual prizes as below:
DD Winner - £100
DD Entertainer - £100
PLUS - drivers in the most entertaining team will earn Wild Card places to the World of Shale event!
