Coming up this weekend at King’s Lynn . . . #ForPaul We're getting closer to celebrating the life of friend and colleague Paul Butler on Saturday 28th June 2025 with a one off celebration meeting for Unlimited Bangers. We've had lots of drivers registering their interest to race – over 150 cars ready for battle... and what a selection of cars that are coming along. Matt will be keeping a regular check on drivers to ensure the list is kept up to date as possible. We hope to run this like similar meetings; Pre75, Pre85, Modern cars all allowed and to start will plan to run separate races, car dependent. Prize money will be paid on Entertainers like they have been for similar meetings. This Saturday at King's Lynn: Unlimited Banger Thunder – Paul Butler Celebration!
Buckle up for a full-throttle spectacle this Saturday as over 150 Unlimited Bangers are scheduled to descend on King's Lynn for one of the wildest events of the year. With big names, big cars, and even bigger hits, this is no ordinary night at the track — it's chaos with chrome, in rust we trust, and you're invited.
From crowd-favourite wreckers like 1 Maarten Steenbekkers, 51 James Licquorice, 100 Callum White, and 107 Taylor Pratchett — all notorious for their never-say-die approach to crashing this will be there sort of meeting for sure and will definitely be ones to keep an eye on — to the return of 178 Kieran Bowman for a one off Banger outing, former World and Entertainer Champion, the grid is stacked with talent and drivers ready to cause mayhem.. . you won’t know where to look.
Family ties bring double trouble with the father-son duo 132 Jack Wyatt and 133 Ben Wyatt, while seasoned stalwarts 185 Polly Reade and 188 John Reeves will be on track to shake things up. Keep your eyes on 180 Mark Foster — he's ready to mix it too and no stranger to getting stuck in. 312 Tom Reynolds, no stranger to delivering the action makes a rare outing on track.
We also have Champions past and present, including 577 Alfie Lee, former World Champion with scores to settle. The legendary 421 Nigel Riley leads the formidable Bears Team into battle, promising nothing short of carnage as they bring an attitude not know for being shy of the hits.
388 Stevo McGrath and 791 Nicky Young might just steal the show with machinery that’s sure to turn heads — before they get smashed to pieces.
It’s metal-mashing mayhem you won’t want to miss. Gates open early, engines roar, and destruction reigns this Saturday at King's Lynn. Fans are urged to arrive early, as a packed stadium is expected and the atmosphere promises to be electric. The spectator gates will open from 2pm, a grand parade from 4.15pm to show off the cars and paintwork, it’s set to be a fitting celebration of Paul Butler’s enduring impact on the racing community before the green flag drops at 5pm.

The box office will be open for on the day ticket sales; but advance tickets are highly recommended and cheaper than on the day - plus kids 11 and under go free when booked online. Save with advance tickets until 10am Saturday 28 June and can be purchased online here

Additional information-
The pit gate will open for competitors at 1pm, the gates for ticket holders will open at 2pm. If purchased advance tickets, please have your e-ticket confirmation ready, either on your phone or printed. The pit gate is for competitors only, there is no pedestrian access at this gate.
We now operate a wristband system in and out of the pits. These can be collected as you enter the stadium. Drivers need obtain wristbands for them and their teams from the pit office. The pit entrance gate is for competitors only, there is no pedestrian access at this gate.
The arena has great viewing all around (plenty of under cover viewing too!), FREE on site and overflow parking, disabled viewing, licensed bars, food outlets and other great facilities.
A small amount of food and drink can be brought with you into the stadium; Bottles bigger than 500ml, alcohol, glass and coolboxes are not permitted. Thank you.
Parking notice
Following further complaints to the local authorities; we would like to advise Customers to not park on the main road outside the Stadium on race days; this is causing issues with traffic and resulting in a number of issues locally.
Please be advised that for this meeting, the on site car park will be for only Blue Badge Holders and VIP guests. All parking will therefore be in the parking field a short walk to the stadium. Car parking at King’s Lynn is provided free of charge, please do use this.
We would also to like ask everyone to be considerate of our neighbouring Industrial area and to park respectfully if using that space.
Camping
A limited space for camping will be available for those wishing to stay over, this is free of charge and no additional facilities will be available.
