Car Parking
All parking is in the field over the road, the car park is free of charge, please do use this. We would also to like ask everyone to be considerate of our neighbouring Industrial area and to park respectfully if using that space.
The car park on site will be for only Blue Badge holders, Staff and Sponsors.
Dog Friendly
We are dog friendly, we just politely ask they are kept on a lead and any mess is cleared up, please. Please be advised the event can be quite loud with, pops and bangs from engines etc – this event also features a massive fireworks display; so please bare that in mind if your dog is noise sensitive. Please be a responsible owner and know if this event is right for your Dog.
Fireworks and Pyrotechnics
Please be advised this meeting will have Fireworks and Pyrotechnics; designed and fired by Whitelightning Pyrtotechnics.
To ensure safety, you may be asked to move to a safe space temporarily whilst these are set off. i.e. because of wind direction. Thank you for your cooperation.
Stadium information
The arena has great viewing all around (plenty of under cover viewing too!), FREE on site and overflow parking, disabled viewing, licensed bars, food outlets and other great facilities.
A small amount of food and drink ( equivalent to a meal deal, Sandwich, 500ml bottle of drink & snack) can be brought with you into the stadium; Bottles bigger than 500ml, alcohol, glass and coolboxes are not permitted. No soft cool bags, iceboxes, picnic boxes or picnic trolleys. Thank you.
The grandstand is open as normal, first come first served. Please pay the attendant on the day as usual, cash only.
You’re welcome to bring portable chairs with you, these should be on the back step of the terracing as normal please.
Timings
Spectator Ticket Holder Gate Open – 2.30pm First Race – 4.30pm Fancy Dress Parade – Around 5.55pm Fireworks – Around 7.15pm Event finish – Around 10.15pm It is difficult to predict timings specifically, but the above should be a good guide.
