Let’s get ready to rumble…over 150 cars and fully booked for competitors! The Stock Car season will roar into life with our traditional Stock Car opener, Saturday 28th February, first race 4.40pm, with the F2 Stock Cars WCQR, Saloon Stock Cars Charlene Kingston Memorial & 1400cc Stock Cars. This is always a brilliant meeting and kicks off what will be another sensational season in 2025 at King's Lynn. New Season, New Cars, New Paint. . . let’s get ready to rumble! There are 75 F2 Stock Cars, 35 Saloon Stock Cars and 49 1400 Stock Cars booked in to race. We hope you enjoy your evening with Trackstar at King's Lynn. With a simply huge night coming up Saturday, the 1400cc Stock Car Race 1 will now be on track from 4.40pm.
We...are...back! Stock Car racing returns to the Adrian Flux Arena and what a way to start things off in 2026.
The F2 Stock Cars are set for a fantastic year at King’s Lynn; over 70 cars at the time of writing scheduled for action as we kick of the 60th Anniversary of F2 Stock Cars at King’s Lynn.
The list quality, as well as quantity, featuring drivers from North, South, East, West and Mainland Europe including many of the top drivers from the class. Points Champion Charlie Guinchard (183) will likely be front runner, but he will be joined by a long list of challengers itching to beat him to the win with around 25 Stars and Superstars scheduled, not least the likes of World Champion Gordon Moodie (7) and Andrew Palmer (606) and who are no slouches on the shale. Former British Champion and 2024 track champion Greg McKenzie (47) will be lining up and Charley Tomblin (129) who both know the fast way around the shale here. Former World Champions Luke Wrench (560 and Chris Burgoyne (647) also lining up will both be looking for a good night. Rising young gun Tom Bennett (213) will be there or thereabouts – he won the Final here at the Christmas meeting; he had a fantastic battle with Joshua Wilson (926) – he too is good to keep an eye on the shale – two wins at Christmas to his credit, whilst Jake Wilson (925) will be hoping for better after going for a roll that day.
A big list of drivers could feature well on the night too, the shale specialist Issitts; Jack (103) and Pat (113), they tend to leave here with a race win, Billy Webster (226) doesn’t hang about on shale, the same can be said for Josh Raynor (414), Marcus Gilbert (43) and the Aldridge’s Rob (233) and Scott (715) the list goes on. Not to forget some very quick lower graders who also can get in good places here; Courtney Smith (116), Steven Radzynski (229) and Jamie Osborne (318). We’re in for a superb night of F2 action.
Welcome to our Dutch friends who are looking to join us, a handful of them venturing over to the King’s Lynn shale –the likes of Superstar Klaas Jan Visser (H686 ). Plus Jarno van der Wal (H139), Mick Verlaan (H249) and Scott Verlaan (H449) who all look to make the journey over once again here, they’ve been a few times. Good luck to them all.
The Saloons Stock Cars join us and race for the Charlene Kingston memorial trophy; Trackstar are very honoured to have been asked to stage the race and dedicate today’s Saloon Stock Car action in Charlene’s memory. Previously, additional sponsorship was provided to boost the prize money across the night. This year the Family have decided to make the Memorial race the standout and all the additional prize money will be available on Charlene’s race, meaning the race is worth £1000! The added money will likely catch a few drivers eye and incentivize a few to get the foot down.
Topping the line up are a number of champions including World Champion and King’s Lynn track champion Ryan Santry (389) who usually picks up some good results around King’s Lynn, British Champion Luke Dorling (120) will be looking to mount a challenge as will English Champion (116) Diggy Smith – he needs no introduction and can never be discounted. Former UK Champion Alfie Aldous (238) and former European Champion Timmy Barnes (131) will be joining us and hoping for a good session here. Alfie took two wins at the Christmas meeting so will be bringing in good form in to 2026. On the subject of the Christmas meeting, Millie Kent (274) took the win in the other race and will be full of confidence of more good results. Other drivers to keep an eye on will be Rowan Venni (370), Austen Freestone (341) and Wes Starmer (525), who all go very well around King’s Lynn. Kieran Bowman (178) another driver to keep an eye on, the former Banger driver knows the fast way around King’s Lynn.
The 1400 Stock Cars continue to show their merit as one of the top formulas; the biggest turnout at the opening fixture for a while with just shy of 50 cars currently booked; the World Championship scheduled here in a couple of months time, the King’s Lynn track will play host to another fantastic year for the formula.
Jacob Bromley (303) will lead the charge displaying the Silver roof as he sets to defend his points crown. Jimmy Morris (167) will look to take the fight to him; the 167 machine is always there or thereabouts on track and he will certainly have his eyes set on the Gold race in August, could that help push that little more into the forefront. The class is ultra competitive with an array of drivers all capable of winning, Ed Selby (244), Liam Santry (388) are both ones to watch in the red grade as are the returning Jake Banwell (391) and former Saloon Stock Car World Champion Max Stott (157), it will be interesting to see how they get on. A strong line up throughout the grades, it’s going to be a good session – who will be the first to lay down their claim to the road to Gold?
