Coming up this weekend at King’s Lynn; Sunday Shale Shifting! A rare Sunday afternoon of Banger and Stock Cars; featuring the fast and furious 1600cc Bangers, the small but big on action Micro Bangers. Stock Car racing comes in the form of the 1400cc Stock Cars- metal will clash and the fence will rattle! The action packed Junior Bangers (TSR Drivers) - these kids don't hold back; Plus the always entertaining Lady Unlimited Bangers ... lots to look forward to, there's nothing domestic about this! There are 45 1400cc Stock Cars, 34 Micro Bangers, 25 1600cc Bangers, 32 Junior Bangers and 21 Unlimited Lady Bangers booked to race, first race 1pm.
Over 150 cars are set to descend on the Adrian Flux Arena this Sunday for an action-packed afternoon of Banger and Stock Car racing at King's Lynn. With packed pits and five exciting formulas on the programme, fans can expect non-stop entertainment from the first race to the final chequered flag.
The National Bangers take centre stage with double the action. The Micro Bangers arrive with over 30 cars booked to race. They may be the smallest cars on the programme, but they're renowned for producing some of the biggest crashes and closest racing. Alongside them are the ever-popular 1600cc Bangers with mid-20's of them anticipated; where fast-paced, full-contact action is guaranteed. Both classes will conclude with spectacular Destruction Derbies, where only the last car still moving is declared the winner.
The 1400 Stock Cars continue to cement their reputation as one of the UK's premier short oval formulas. Around 45 cars are expected to compete as drivers continue their preparations for next month's World Championship at King's Lynn. Their previous visit produced thrilling racing throughout the field, with numerous drivers in contention for victory right to the closing laps, and another fiercely competitive afternoon is expected.
The Unlimited Ladies return to action with over 20 drivers ready to battle it out. The formula has gone from strength to strength over recent seasons, consistently producing entertaining and competitive racing that's become a firm favourite with spectators.
Completing the programme are the Junior Bangers. Driven by competitors aged just 11 to 15 years old, these young racers continue to impress with their determination, skill and fearless racing. With another excellent turnout expected, they'll once again provide plenty of excitement for fans of all ages.
With more than 150 cars booked to race, this promises to be a superb afternoon of family entertainment. Domestic race meetings often produce some of the closest and most exciting action of the season, making this the perfect way to kick off the summer holidays.

The gates for ticket holders will open at 11am. If purchased advance tickets, please have your e-ticket confirmation ready, either on your phone or printed. We operate a wristband system in and out of the pits. Coming from the track; wristbands can be obtained from the gate at the start of the backstraight; roadside end. Drivers should drive straight in and park, then walk back to obtain wristbands for them and their teams at the pit office. The pit entrance gate is for competitors only, there is no pedestrian access at this gate. The arena has great viewing all around (plenty of under cover viewing too!), Free parking, disabled viewing, licensed bars, food outlets and other great facilities. A small amount of food and drink ( equivalent to a meal deal, Sandwich, 500ml bottle of drink & snack) can be brought with you into the stadium; Bottles bigger than 500ml, alcohol, glass and coolboxes are not permitted. No soft cool bags, iceboxes, picnic boxes or picnic trolleys. Thank you. We are dog friendly, we just politely ask they are kept on a lead and any mess is cleared up, please. In hot weather we would advise against brining your dog with you; please also be advised the event can be quite loud with, pops and bangs from engines etc; so please bare that in mind if your dog is noise sensitive. Parking notice Following to complaints to the local authorities; we would like to advise Customers to not park on the main road outside the Stadium on race days; this is causing issues with traffic and resulting in a number of issues locally. There is an onsite car park and the overflow parking field should also be available each meeting. Car parking at King’s Lynn is provided free of charge, please do use this. We would also to like ask everyone to be considerate of our neighbouring Industrial area and to park respectfully if using that space.
