The mid-week Summer Shale sessions return to King’s Lynn with another night of Banger and Stock Car action, and this time the stakes are even higher!

Wednesday 12th August – Mid-Week Mayhem sees the always entertaining 1400 Stock Cars share the track with the big, brutal and unpredictable Unlimited Bangers, with a coveted World of Shale Wild Card place up for grabs.

The 1400 Stock Cars continue to cement their reputation as one of the UK's premier short-oval formulas, and with around 50 cars expected, the competition is set to be fierce. With the 1400 Stock Car World Championship taking place at King’s Lynn just three days later, this is the final opportunity for many drivers to fine-tune their setups, build confidence and stake their claim for the coveted Gold Roof.

Every visit from the 1400s produces close and competitive racing throughout the field, with drivers battling hard for every position right through to the closing laps. Expect plenty of bumper-to-bumper action as some of the sport's biggest names go head-to-head around the King’s Lynn shale.

Then it’s time for the Unlimited Bangers – World of Shale Wild Card!

The biggest cars, the biggest hits and some of the biggest names in Banger racing will descend n King’s Lynn, all chasing that precious route into September’s World of Shale Championship.

The Meeting Final winner will secure a seeded place in the World of Shale Championship, while the best Entertainer of the night will also earn their place on the grid. With a strong field expected, there’s everything to play for – and you simply never know what machinery might roll through the gates!

Big hits and even bigger wrecks. No polite overtakes. No holding back. Just full-throttle Banger racing mayhem!
