Introduction

It's the big BriSCA end of season finale at King's Lynn on Saturday! The big and brutal BriSCA F1 Stock Cars, loud and proud - they race in a 2022 World Qualifying Round, the Grand National Championship, Dave Leonard Memorial Final and now we are pleased to confirm Shootout round 8 after the sad cancellation of Sheffield last Sunday. Also the smaller, but no less action BriSCA F2 also on the line up featuring their White and Yellow series finale; a big night of BriSCA action you do not want to miss!

Late addition - This Saturday’s meeting at King's Lynn gets bigger still and will now feature the National MiniStox with their biggest race of the season, the Gold roof National Championship. Whilst the meeting will just include this one race for the Minis, we are excited to stage the event at short notice following the cancellation at Bradford last Saturday.

Not forgetting our gigantic fireworks display!

There are 54 F1 Stock Cars, 48 F2 Stock Cars and 32 National MiniStox booked in to race.

The pit gate will open for competitors at 2pm, the gates for ticket holders will open at 3pm. If purchased advance tickets, please have your e-ticket confirmation ready, either on your phone or printed. The pit gate is for competitors only, there is no pedestrian access at this gate.

The arena boasts great viewing all around (plenty of under cover viewing too!), FREE on site and overflow parking, disabled viewing, licensed bars, food outlets and other great facilities.

A small amount of food and drink can be brought with you into the stadium; alcohol, glass and coolboxes are not permitted. Thank you.

We hope you enjoy your evening with Trackstar at King's Lynn.

A big night of BriSCA racing sees three formulas on duty in the shape of the F1 Stock Cars, F2 Stock Cars and MiniStox.

It is an important night for a big turnout of F1 Stock Cars. Following the unfortunate cancellation of Sheffield last weekend, King’s Lynn is now a National Points Shootout Round which now means all of the big names will be in action. Late Shootout rounds at King’s Lynn have been pivotal in the final standings of the shootout and whoever scores well at King’s Lynn will be in a prime position to wear the silver in 2023. World Champion has had his lead cut at the top of the series in the last few months. He was desperately unlucky last time at King’s Lynn when he had a good chance to win his hat but a last bend attack didn’t work out for him. He was then spun out when leading the meeting final and further disaster happened in the Grand National when he once again had got to the front only for a half shaft to break when the race resumed. That left 197 Ryan Harrison to take a comfortable win and Ryan has been in good form over the last month taking several final victories and he will be a big force to be reckoned with.

Another of the highlights on Saturday will be the first staging of the Grand National Championship as a stand alone race for the first time since 2012. Since then it has been based on points but following demand from drivers and fans the race is back! World Champion 1 Tom Harris and 515 Frankie Wainman Jnr share the front row in what is a re run of the 2019 World Final. It looks like being a great race where drivers will once again be trying to find a way to beat the World Champion. A strong second row features 16 Mat Newson and 217 Lee Fairhurst whilst the likes of 166 Bobby Griffin, 212 Danny Wainman and 197 Ryan Harrison are also not too far away.

As always at King’s Lynn a White & Yellows race will kick off the evenings entertainment for the F1 Stock Cars – 45 Nigel Harrhy will be looking to build upon his success last time when he took his first race win of the year and with a bumper prize fund for the Dave Leonard Memorial -including £1000 to the winner alone - a great night of F1 Stock Cars is on the cards.

The F2 Stock Cars are also in action where the White & Yellow Final will see the low grade drivers chasing a big package. The conclusion of the track championship will also take place where only seven points currently separate the top four drivers with 183 Charlie Guinchard currently on 56 points, 226 Billy Webster on 54, 38 Dave Polley on 53 and 606 Andrew Palmer on 49 – it is going to be a great night of F2 action, with thanks to Beechwood Contractors for their sponsorship of the event.

A late addition to the programme is the MiniStox National Championship – the biggest race for this formula in the year. 180 Jack Witts is the defending champion and red hot favourite for the big race. Can Jack enter the history books as being the first driver to ever win this title four times and in doing so sign off what is arguably one of the most successful MiniStox careers ever? Time will tell!  Check out the drivers of this race; with a run down by driver in grid order here.

Dave Leonard Memorial

Dave will be fondly remembered for many reasons, but his greatest gift was the Under 25s Championship an idea he had in 2005 and from the first running of the race in 2006, he worked tirelessly raising funding and sponsorship to reward the up and coming drivers with a real fans race by the fans for the fans with every penny raised being distributed; he carried this on till his passing in July 2016. Dave sponsored many drivers within the sport and his character is sorely missed around the raceways. Saturday’s F1 Stock Car meeting final is in his memory.

With thanks to the following for contributing to the memorial race prize fund, raising a superb £1712 in additional prize money along with the normal prize schedule, the memorial race winner will receive £1000! Plus with other incentives and awards, it should be a great race:
