Introduction
Coming up next at the Adrian Flux Arena, PE34 3AG. . . War of the Worlds! F1 Stock Car action, Unlimited Banger teams (4) plus BriSCA F2 Stock Car W&Y Graders only. . . one monster night of Short Oval racing. Make sure you’re trackside, it’s only live once! Saturday 6th July, 5pm; Unlimited Bangers; big cars, big stars, big action in teams competition…they are great to watch around the King's Lynn shale. As always with the war of the worlds prize money is in mainly paid to the top three entertaining teams. BriSCA F1 is back; as seen on Top Gear. Big, brutal, fast and furious Stock Car action for the Dave Leonard Memorial, a popular figure in the Community that so many drivers want to win – with enhanced prize money raised by Lee Lawrence. If that wasn’t enough, the fantastic F2 Stock Cars join us for a White and Yellow grader outing after popular demand following the successful staging in 2022 and 2023.
Don't forget if you want to watch the football too, we will be showing this in the main bar too.
Stock Car Racing is everything you saw on TV and so much more; noise, colour, smell, friends, family and . . . awesome Short Oval Motorsport. It really has to be seen live to be believed. Stock Car Racing is Magic …70 years and STILL Thrill Of The Century! Thrills, spills, racing, crashing and bumping the opposition out the way; is all part of the spectacle!
There are 35 BriSCA F1 Stock Cars, 28 Unlimited Bangers (9Teams) and 36 BriSCA F2 Stock Cars booked in to race.
The pit gate will open for competitors at 2pm, the gates for ticket holders will open at 3pm. If purchased advance tickets, please have your e-ticket confirmation ready, either on your phone or printed. The pit gate is for competitors only, there is no pedestrian access at this gate.
The arena has great viewing all around (plenty of under cover viewing too!), FREE on site and overflow parking, disabled viewing, licensed bars, food outlets and other great facilities.
A small amount of food and drink can be brought with you into the stadium; 2l Bottles, alcohol, glass and coolboxes are not permitted. Thank you.
We hope you enjoy your evening with Trackstar at King's Lynn.

The BriSCA F1 Stock Cars race in the Dave Leonard Memorial, Dave was a massively respected member of the community and a race the drivers will certainly want to win. Lee Lawrence has done a great job fundraising for the cause in Dave’s memory and the prize fund for the race itself is over £2400! Tom Harris (1) won the race last year and will certainly be looking to take home the trophy again, although not currently booked at the time of writing.
Mat Newson (16) picked up some good results last time here and will be hoping for another strong run out this Saturday. Liam Gilbank (20) and James Morris (463) are the other Red graders scheduled and will be hoping to take the battle to Newson. Chris Cowley (73) will lead the blue grade charge and is always one to keep an eye on, similarly Austen Moore (127) will be looking for a good night. Courtney Finnikin- Hansford (55) is an interesting addition to the line up and looking to make her F1 shale debut this Saturday, although she was one of the top drivers on the loose in the F2’s, she could be well upto speed by the end of the evening. Sam Makim (93) lived up to his nickname as King of the Rollovers with two rolls last week at Bradford, he will be hoping to avoid more this week. Marc Clayton (499) could be a front runner off of yellow, he does go well around King’s Lynn; Geoff Nicholls (215) debuted a new-to-him machine last meeting and will hoping to find his feet. Colin Goodswen (372) and William Adams (545) will also be ones to watch for in the yellow grade. F2 star Jack Issitt (103) will be lining up in the F1’s and we are keen to see how he get’s on; we’re sure it won’t take long for him to showcased why he’s one of the top drivers in F2’s on shale.
Unlimited Bangers are on the line up in teams competition, around 30 cars/ 10 teams are currently entered at the time of writing; The Predators could take some stopping with a very strong line up including some guests who are, on their day some of the best in Bangers. The Aftermath line up is strong for the Entertainers and the Aftermath Young Guns will likely be in the middle of the action too and we’re looking forward to seeing how the Junior Bangers graduates get on. Dut Mik Niks – the Dutch side have been great additions to a couple of our meetings this year and we’re excited to see what they bring to the track this week. Team Points please are perhaps in the hunt for the points title, but Team Mates and Team Tommy could upset their plans. Through in the Mad Mob and the Barton Boys and we should be looking at a good night all round from the Unlimited Bangers - teams of 4, let's get ready to rumble! As is usual for the War of the Worlds Competition - prize money is mainly available for the Entertainers!
The F2 Stock Cars join us in a meeting just for the lower graders; White and Yellows, in good numbers too – just over 30 booked in – the fixture we held in 2022 and 2023 which was a great success with a number of requests for more. Jess Ward (86) returns – she had a great run of form a few years ago and is back again today; joining a number of other ladies on track; Courtney Smith (116) and Beth Usher (179) – here come the girls!
Tom Bradley (39) will be a front runner for good form today, he’s certainly one of the quick lower graders, as is Chris Keenan (104) who will definitely be in the mix of things. Kyle Taylor (136) can be one of the quickest drivers on shale and often has some good results around King’s Lynn. Sid Madgwick (217) drops to yellow grade, the former Banger World Champion has the driving ability for sure, a drop to yellow might help him find his feet in the F2 Stock Cars. Alex Butcher (271) has picked up a few race wins around King’s Lynn, including a heat win in May at the British Championship, we wouldn’t bet against him picking up another this week. As is a just for fun outing and a non point scoring meeting; any driver who gets a top three finish will then “upgrade” for the rest of the meeting. A format that works well in other formulas we run similar sessions for.
Car Parking
Customer visitor notice
Following a meeting with the Highways Agency we would like to advise Customers to not park on the main road outside the Arena on race days; this is causing issues with traffic and resulting in a number of complaints.
There is an onsite car park and with the weather hopefully now improving, the overflow parking field should also be available each meeting. Car parking at King’s Lynn is provided free of charge, please do use this.
We would also to like ask everyone to be considerate of our neighbouring Industrial area and to park respectfully if using that space.
Thank you for your co-operation.

Dave Leonard Memorial
The F1 Stock Car meeting final will be the Dave Leonard Memorial. Dave was a corner stone of the sport for a number of years; a racer, a fan, sponsor to a number of drivers and the reason why the Under 25 Championship came to fruition. A lot of people will fondly remember Dave, and we are privileged to be able to honour his memory again with his memorial race. A huge thank you to Lee Lawrence for his supreme effort in fundraising the enhanced prize fund and of course, to all the contributors to the fund. Thank you.
A huge thank you to all who have contributed and added a total of £1700 extra sponsorship on the Dave Leonard Memorial Final; Andy Coleman, Andy Kirby Motorsports, Cheese Plus Bury Market, D. C.
